The SDGG is delighted to announce that reggae superstar Maxi Priest will top the bill for this year’s National Day Concert. Also featuring with Maxi Priest will be Beniton the Menace as well as top local bands Heritage and Jet Stream.
Chairman of the SDGG, Richard Buttigieg said:
‘We are very pleased that Maxi Priest has accepted our invitation to perform on National Day. Maxi’s joyous brands of reggae with pop and modern R&B influences made him and his band King’s of Lover’s Rock one of the most successful reggae fusion acts of all time.
We are confident that most musical tastes will be catered for and all will enjoy an excellent evening’s entertainment. Also having Maxi Priest as top of the bill is an extra added bonus for our community to enjoy!’
