GIBRALTAR FAIR 2023 – FAMILY PAVILION AND STALL APPLICATION PROCESS
The SDGG is inviting applications from Registered Charities, Clubs and Associations that may be interested in setting-up a Stall or Catering Stall at this year’s fair which will run from Saturday 19th to Sunday 27th August 2023.
In addition, the SDGG invites applications for the running of the Family Pavilion. Applications must include a draft entertainment programme with signed confirmation from the artists who will perform. Applications must also include a detailed breakdown of accounts.
Application forms for the set-up of a Stall/Catering Stall, and the conditions for both Stalls and the Family Pavilion, are available on www.culture.gi/forms or at the John Mackintosh Hall Reception.
The deadline for applications is Friday 12th May 2023. Application Forms can be submitted via email firstname.lastname@example.org or handed in at the John Mackintosh Hall Reception.
